Happy's Pizza

It was New Year’s Eve I was happy to be the last order. I just didn’t know they wouldn’t care and completely burn my pizza to a crisp. I couldn’t even call them to fix it because they were closed. It was very dry and just disappointing. However they was very polite but you can tell they just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

I ordered a $42 order and they forgot to give the person change for $100 bill in wanted him to take my money (which one of there driver ran off once before with money) and get change which I stated on the phone to make sure they have changed. So due to them not having changed that had him come back to get my food until he was able to get so I canceled my order. Manager was very rude and told me I couldn’t order from them no more because they messed up. Worse ever in will never order with them again

It’s so sad when you expect your food to be good, something so easy messed up. I hate to order food so late, but I have to feed the family. I ordered a pizza, my pizza was undercooked and when I called the manger I was speaking to was rude. He kept cutting me off before I can even speak. I was already having a rough day and this just disappointing

I ordered honey dipped barbecue wings and received plain wings. I wasn’t to upset because I work in food so I know it happens. And I live five minutes away.The problem came with the man working at the front counter being extremely rude first saying “what” when he seen I was bringing it back and taking my food to the back and dumping a glob of barbecue over my wings not even over all of them just in the middle of the wings. He was upset because I didn’t want plain wings. He does not like his job there and it shows.

Believe the reviews. Just close it down. They don’t do online orders when you get in there the menu doesn’t match the price. I was overcharged and they still shorted me food on what I ordered. I ordered a 2 pound rib tip dinner which is supposed to come with fries in Texas toast I was charged for two separate 1 pound real tip dinners, which did not have a pound of ribs in it and did not come with the Texas toast. Pizza was undercooked. The chicken was dry and underseasoned. I won’t be back.
