Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations! The food was phenomenal — everything was so fresh and flavorful. The staff were super nice, Clover made sure we were good and made us feel really welcome. Prices were very reasonable, and the whole place was super clean. Definitely coming back soon!

Happy Phở the best kept secret in Modesto. Their food is always fresh, flavorful, and very tasty, and their avocado smoothy is amazing. They have poured their hearts into this place, and are constantly pushing themselves higher. it shows. This is also the best place for phở. It’s cheaper than other places and packed full of ingredients, so if you want a cozy, friendly, and tasty place to warm your soul this winter season, this is the spot. Highly recommended. This place was amazing! Very clean! The staff were very friendly and there was hardly a wait for food. It came out so quick. The food was absolutely delicious! The pho honestly doesn't need anything added to it! It was that delicious! My daughter is super picky when it comes to her pho and she said this is her new favorite spot! We will definitely be back!
