**Do not pass** WORTH THE STOP So we were a bit concerned when we pulled in, but I could tell this was still being renovated on the outside. The band new banner told me this was someone trying to start new. And aren't we glad we did!!! The owners and their family were all polite, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were honest and upfront about things they had or didn't, and were quick to offer suggestions if needed. All the food was quick and delicious. The fresh shoestring fries were awesome!! My 10 year old got a meatball sub.... it was HUGE. She was so excited she could bring some home to Dad. Both said it was phenomenal! Thanks for having us, and we wish you the best on this new adventure!! If we're in the area again, you'll be seeing us.

From the outside, place looks like an old restaurant that was closed for a while. The new owners have fixed up the inside pretty nice, except it was a little on the chilly side. You place your order at the counter, then pick out a table to sit and they bring your food to you. The Cheddar Broccoli Soup was very tasty, we couldn't decide if it was made inhouse or not. I thought Lacey's Homemade Mac and Cheese was very good. The better half's Chicken Parm Sandwich was very good too. Service was a little slow, a guy who came in the same time as we did, waited 20 minutes for a cup of soup. The woman behind the counter apologized a number of times for the delay. Apparently they got a bunch of takeout orders just before we got there.

Very delicious sandwiches! We were genuinely surprised how good they ended up being. Although the restaurant has no apparent heat for dining in, it's very good food to take to go. The owner and her daughter were pleasant and the service was perfect.

Staying at a nearby AirBnb, we had a terrific breakfast here. A warm and welcoming staff, delicious food, and good prices all found in this vintage FLX building.

Agree with everyone who says ignore the outside, the goodness is all inside. Friendly counter service and happy to provide details on selections when asked. Receptive to food allergy. Plenty of simple, clean seating with small town-type rustic decor. And the food was prepared to order, brought out with a smile, and taste was excellent. Best meatball sub I’ve had! Be sure to stop here!! Take out popular too. Not fancy but definite down home goodness
