Happy Garden

This is the shrimp chow mein, not a noodle in sight. Honestly I don’t even know what this is. SMH steak egg roll the size of my thumb with no steak to be found inside, just some gooey filling. Hot and sour soup is inedible, smells like vinegar. The whole order in the trash. Just awful

- They have a decent seating area, but they don't really tend to their eat-in guest. - Lemon chicken was awful: bland battered chicken filet that was chopped up. Breading falling off the chicken. The lemon sauce was bland as well, I couldn't even describe the dreadful aftertaste - White rice was a miss, just stated of water. No essence or flavor at all. - The shrimp fried rice was pretty good, minus the part were they messed up my order and forgot it. - Cheesesteak egg rolls were an american cheese and onion greasy disaster.. no steak to be found - Staff was dry and unfriendly. No regards for customer service

I will try every restaurant once to see how they cook, and this place hits the spot in all of the dishes we order - good fried rice with good Chinese vegetable (not the "corn pea carrot" thing), their lo mein noodles are cooked well, the meat is all well trimmed, seasoned, and cooked, the veg is always good, soups are great, boneless spare ribs delicious, and I inhale every egg roll they put in the bag (often get a free one in our orders). We had to move out of Parkwood last year but thankfully we are still in the edge of the delivery range, this place is in my contact list with an AAA In front so it always shows up on top ❤️

It's a dirty place. Lunch special does not come with a egg roll. They need to try to control this fly infestation a lot better. The egg roll is very important. I usually get that at other Chinese takeout. I gave them good service ratings because they didn't look at me like I was the enemy. I gave them poor atmosphere rating because the place is dirty. The food got three stars because it was lacking the egg roll although they gave me a generous portion of meat it was too sweet and I am familiar with this dish so I know what it taste like. I do not recommend this place I most likely will not return.

Excellent, Classic Chinese Cuisine. This restaurant is a neighborhood establishment. Been here for years. Everything is delicious. Great General Tso's Chicken, Mei Fun, Eggrolls and Hot and Sour Soup. Also love the vegetarian dishes, Tofu/Bean Curd and Eggplant with Garlic Sauce. All the appetizers are great. They also have Fried Chicken Wings, Fried Fish and other items and French Fries or Cheese Fries, which is nice. Very friendly Staff, courteous and quick. You'll love it.
