They have all kinds of forms to fill. everyone is fine but Dr.klinger put me on Prozac and said stop taking duloxetine. But she didn't mention tapering off duloxetine for two weeks like google said to now I'm going through withdrawal from duloxetine and going through serotonin syndrome. I'm so sick and confused.

I’ll been working with Benjamin with little success, he said what do you need I can’t help you if you won’t tell me I told him 1 week he got me what I needed excellent work!!!! Go there ask for Ben you will have success!!!!! Best therapist in the world!!!!!!! Saved my life

Recommend NP Deborah Crutchfield and Claire Hafenstein they both took excellent care of me. I asked for a reminder phone call and the Receptionist called me every time. Unfortunately, after I moved out of Hanover county I no longer was allowed to make anymore appointments. I will miss these two kind professionals who listened, helped, and made a positive difference in my life. I hope I will get lucky again in the next county. Fingers crossed.

It has taken me a while to write this review but it is most certainly needed. I advise against getting psychiatric help here. Dr. Klinger put me on the highest dose of lithium and highest dose of depakote at the same time to “help” my bipolar disorder. I was rendered helpless as a zombie due to the meds for a whole year, lost my personality and gained 50 lbs. if I wasn’t depressed before I definitely was after that. I went to another psychiatrist who was shocked to see I was so over medicated. I have since been taken off both medications and replaced them with mood stabilizer at an average dose. I can think again! I am myself again! Never will I go to the doctors at Hanover CSB again. If I had money to sue I would have.

The front desk staff is very rude and not caring. She gave me an attitude for wanting to get my medicine early. The doctors, nurse and counselors here are great though! Some improvement on the front desk staff would be great!!
