My mother got chicken fried rice. I got the beef fried rice, an order of spring rolls and small asian salad. We received a lot of food for $35. We could have shared a plate. Everything is made to order and very good. The atmosphere could use some upgrading like gravel or brick instead of sand. Getting up from the chairs is difficult if you have physical health issues. Other than that, we would come back.
The most amazing food in town, the friendliest and best people too. A little confused at first when I pulled in but I was blown away by the vibe and atmosphere. So relaxing, and the food was even better. Beef bulgogi was just as great as expected, and the chicken kebab was my favorite!
We live in SA and happen to drive out here for the day house shopping and found this hidden gem. Food was absolutely delicious and made fresh to order. My sister ordered the chicken fried rice and I order the chicken kabob with veggies. I also ordered their sparkling strawberry drink. Not overly sweet and made with fresh strawberries. Great vibe and excellent choice of tunes on their speakers. This little place made feel like I was at a roadside food spot in Hawaii. It didn’t feel hot since they had fans with misters and it’s nestled off the main road under a ton of trees. We will definitely be back!
Alright, I have to say this place is awesome. Food was incredible. We started with the Roti canai bread appetizer. It was the perfect blend of soft and chewy with buttery crispy edges. Heavenly. I had the Asian beef bowl. The beef was so tender, so much flavor.. Little bit of spice to it. The chicken satay was cooked to perfection. Grill marks and all. Peanut sauce was the sweet addition it needed. This little family really knows what they are doing. Please give them a try! Seating is all outside but there’s shade trees and ambient lighting that makes for a cozy little spot out with the kids and pets!
Excellent local food spot in La Vernia, TX! Did not except it to be this good. Home made food and something different than our usual food options. Very happy with the food and the family who owns the place is very nice and accommodating. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Chicken fried rice, both a 10/10! Supporting a local business is important to me
