Went in for a morning boost that has protein. Goldie suggested a drink that is phenomenal. Pineapple, caffeine, protein and whipped cream?! Summer dream drink. Thank you!
I honestly can say, I don’t go just for the healthy teas and shakes ect. I go for a place to be myself. Have an adult conversation as I talk to kids most of the time. I learn about healthy options I can do at home! Kelly and her husband have always been so personable with the community, love the club! Go check it out!

Kelly has a great club and is so supportive of me in my weightloss/maintaining journey. I love the tea bombs and the shakes!
