Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream

They said they would charge for napkins. Is this store policy? The taste is okay, nothing particularly amazing, but decent overall. The portion sizes are good, which I appreciate. The staff did not seem very warm or welcoming, there was not much friendliness, but that usually doesn't bother me much. The main reason I am writing this review is because of something that surprised me. When I asked for a napkin, I was told that I would have to pay for it. On my previous visit less than a week ago, napkins were given along with the ice cream without any extra charge. Being told this time that I would need to pay for one was unexpected. I would like to know if this is an official store policy or if something has recently changed.

The ice cream here is always delicious and the hours are very convenient for a later evening ice-cream. Handel’s is always our go-to place for a sweet treat!

I got the 4 to go... walked out with a cone of a 5th... I didn't feel judged at all! My interest was appreciated by the staff! Mrs Carol did story time with us and I was amazing!! Favorite flavors are banana, praline pecan, butter pecan & deep dish apple pie!!

Visited this location after an event at 8.45 p.m., and the place was still packed. Easily accessible from Lancaster Ave, this place has a good parking lot and sufficient seating outside. The staff working here is very friendly. The menu is kept easy to order. The interior of the store is kept well and maintained, and this is a new store too. The prices are reasonable, and they got tons of flavors. We all enjoyed our ice cream here. Orange dream cream was fantastic!!

Stop by with daughter, nice spot to eat outside. Ice cream was delicious, we had the strawberry cheesecake in waffle bowls. Will return to try thier many other flavors.
