Hand pulled noodle

The Braised Beef Noodle Soup here is super yummy tender beef, flavorful broth, and fresh hand pulled noodles. the broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had that perfect chewy texture. I really like that when you order, they ask if you want it less salty or no green onions, which shows great attention to customers. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and the service is friendly. Definitely worth coming back!

Learned that this is one of our favorite noodle spot, OK Noodle This new location has some improvements including a digital men, easy customization for your dishes and some new menu items. We ordered our usual favorites which are the chili oil noodles and the sweet and sour pork noodle soup and both were 10/10. The lady servicing us was also very kind

The foods here are a bit cheaper than nearby restaurants. the flavors are lacking as they only use the garlic onion chili and cumin. The lamb dish should use less vinegar, sour flood in iron plate isnt a good combination. It is hard to find a place with good noodle and meat skewer. DH used to be good, now their foods taste expired and too salty

Traits: Generous portions, rich broth, balanced amount of meat. The meat had a lot of collagen which is a plus. The noodles have a great chew, the texture is pleasant, the veggies are soft. The broth was a good balance. Spice was not overwhelming at all and worked well to not mask the flavors of the actual broth. Comes out very hot and fresh. I was in the area and saw the reviews so I thought I’d give it a chance but I left utterly disappointed. We ordered the spicy beef noodle stew and it was very bland. The soup had no flavor besides a bit of chili oil. The noodle texture and beef texture was good I can say that but the broth itself was bland. The pig ears had no flavor to them as well and felt like it was just pig ear and chili oil. Finally we had the xiaolongbao and it had the texture and taste of the frozen ones you heat up. The service was great though although they have a weird chopstick where you have to replace the tips. Other than that it wasn’t my cup of tee as there wasn’t enough substance or taste I usually expect when it comes to soup noodles so I will not be coming back. But if you like lighter flavors then
