Hanabi Ramen & Izakaya

We came here for my daughter’s birthday and had a really incredible experience! The Tan Tan Men was absolutely amazing perfectly flavored. What really made the night, though, was our waiter. He noticed I liked spice and went above and beyond by bringing out two different types of heat to customize my bowl: a powder for extra flavor and a liquid spice that was seriously hot but delicious! It’s rare to find such attentive service. We’ll definitely be back!"

Stopped in for lunch at Hanabi Ramen, and it totally hit the spot. The broth was rich and flavorful, noodles had the perfect texture, and the toppings were fresh. The staff was super friendly and quick, which made it a great lunch stop. Cozy atmosphere, clean, and comfortable — I could’ve stayed longer just enjoying the vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try a different ramen bowl next time! It is my go to whenever I’m in town.

My friend and I had the agedashi tofu and kara miso. The sauce for the agedashi tofu was so good, I couldn’t stop dipping! The soup was served at the perfect temperature, the noodles were excellent, and the server took great care of you! I’ll definitely come back!

The best ramen my wife and I have ever had! I ordered the Spicy Black Tonkotsu, service and atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely drive back to Fort Worth just for this ramen.

I ordered the garlic ton katsu barely any garlic taste to it at all . The chashu it was extremely disappointing it's like they only boiled the meat there was no char or sear to the meat.. so with that said it left it flavorless.. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed, and don't think I'll be returning back. The atmosphere was great and the wait staff was awesome the food was a 3 at best..
