Hanabi Hibachi and Sushi

Chill lighting, good music, warm atmosphere, service was excellent. Food was phenomenal, my wife loved her California Rolls and fried rice. We got Hibachi Filet Mignon, chicken, and shrimp, and “The Mexican Chef”, chef Andrew cooked everything to perfection. My wife really appreciated that he asked us if we wanted the “show” because she doesn’t really enjoy the throwing food thing most hibachi places do. We can’t wait to come back.

Our hibachi chef was top-tier hilarious and seriously skilled. Between the fire, flying shrimp, and nonstop jokes, it was dinner and a show in the best possible way. We kicked things off with their soup and salad, which were simple but hit the spot—especially that classic ginger dressing (you know the one). Then came the fried shrimp tempura roll, which was crispy, flavorful, and gone way too fast. But honestly? The rice and veggies nearly stole the show—sauced just right, cooked to perfection, and packed with that buttery hibachi magic. We ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, and every bite was a hit. T

Initially, things were good… Until 12 hours later. I was not going to post a review, but then I called to alert the manager, and he was very defensive and showed zero compassion. My sister and I went Friday for hibachi. (It’s important to note that this was the only thing I ate that day.) Everything was good while we were there, staff was nice, experience was good.. but then signs of food poisoning/Gastrointestinal infection showed up in the early hours of the next morning - for both of us. We both had the salad, the soup, the fried rice and the hibachi filet mignon/chicken combo. I called and asked to speak with the manager, so that I could alert him of these symptoms we were experiencing.
