Hana Sushi

This place has gone down hill. They let their child come and climb in your booth when you sit down and shove shrimp in your face (half eaten shrimp). Don’t come take your drink order for 5-10 mins. Waited 45 minutes for 4 rolls. Didn’t get our soup. Drinks weren’t refilled til we asked. Had to ask for silverware. Just sad. The food is good but the environment is dirty and not great. Service is a joke.

Attempted to try for dinner while visiting from out or town. My husband, our 2 children, and I were greeted by a toddler at the door. Okay, fine that’s cute that she helps seat guests, probably makes her feel important. Until it wasn’t cute anymore. She was trying to sit in our booth and bother myself and my children while her parents did nothing. We didn’t even order drinks and got up and left. Extremely awkward and uncomfortable to have someone else’s child in your face while you’re trying to have a decent dinner. If you don’t want a child in your face, then I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I love this place! I eat here at least 2x a week & it never disappoints. I order different stuff & its always fresh & my sometimes difficult order is always correct. Their sauces are all homemade & absolutely great. This place doesnt compare to other similar restaurants. My family did take out for my bday party & it was a large order & all the guest loved their unique fresh food. Even tho we placed the order in advance they didnt start cooling until we arrived to pick it up so just consider that if placing a lg order!

I’ve never been here before and decided to try it out for all of the 1 star reviews the Karen’s left. First off they brought out our menus as soon as we sat down and took our drink order. The waiter came back 37 seconds later (yes I timed it) with our ice cold drinks. Another 5 minutes went by and he came to take our order. The food came out 15 minutes later and it was very good! A couple other things I notice people mentioned. There was no sign of a small child running around disturbing customer. There was in fact dust on the tv tho. Nonetheless the fish in the tank seemed very lively and happy. The workers were very kind and considerate as they came back often to refill our drinks. I’d say the Karen’s reviews are busted! I love this place and small family run business. Great food, better

Best Sushi place around! We tried the crab rangoon and miso soup and it was fantastic! My husband and I really enjoyed it, and my 7yr old loved it as well! And he’s hard to please! We will definitely keep coming here! 10/10 would recommend!
