Very unique menu and delicious food! We had the On Fire Roll which they literally set ablaze (in foil) to create a smoky flavor. I had never seen that before and it was delicious!! We also had the Tonkatsu pork ramen, hibachi chicken, pad Thai, veggie gyoza, and fried cheesecake- another first for me! It was all very good, the service was also excellent, and we will definitely be back!

I had an amazing dining experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious! The Teriyaki Bento box was perfection, and also the Earth Roll was a perfect balance of flavors. Every bite was a delight. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Hana for anyone looking for fantastic food and great service!

My husband loved the bowl he got. Edamame was very good. Service was super friendly. Not a fan of the hibachi but I am a hibachi snob, unfortunately. The fried rice was okay and the shrimp sauce was just okay. Definitely willing to try some other menu items! 😊

Excellent Ramen with pork and outstanding Tofu Pad Thai. Their Pork Egg Rolls are so fresh and tasty. Definitely have those. Both dishes recommended by Sari our server.

4 is too low and 5 may be a stretch, but this was a great meal overall. I had the pork Ramen. It is a soup with pork belly. The pork belly was so tender you could pick it/cut it with chop sticks. I have had Pho with pork, but this is much different t and just as good!The pork was amazing. The group next to me were making a commotion about some “hard to find” dish. So I asked and found out the sesame rolls/balls are unique…at least to Johnson City. A sweet lady in the table near me offered me one of her sesame balls and it was GREAT. Crispy outside, gooey inside…and only slightly sweet. Next time I come I plan to save room for sesame balls for dessert. Give it a try. It’s a nice place to eat or take out in Johnson City.
