Hamburger Depot - Lumberton

Posted on behalf of family member - This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I arrived at 1:37 PM and didn’t even get my order taken until 2:12 PM. While I stood there waiting, multiple couples who arrived after me were seated, ordered full meals, and served before me. What made it worse was the complete lack of concern. No apology. No explanation. No update. Nothing. I was treated like my time didn’t matter at all. When a business can watch a customer wait that long and say absolutely nothing, it says a lot. After reading through other negative reviews and seeing no responses from management, it feels clear that customer concerns just aren’t a priority here. Great place to get a burger, I got the patty melt and the only reason I give them a 4 is because the patties had no salt. My wife got the bacon cheeseburger and said it was a 5 out of five. Highly recommend trying them out.

Great burger, the patties were seasoned and cook perfectly, the veggies tasted fresh and the seasoned fries were crunchy and fresh. Walked in for an early lunch and ordered and our food was delivered to the table in a timely manner. Portions to price seem reasonable, great experience will be back.

We ordered cheeseburgers with a side of cheese fries. The fries were made way ahead of time and by the time burgers were ready the cheese fries were cold and soggy. Burgers were good but will skip cheese fries from now on.

Dang good, big, juicy burgers. Lots of options from simple to extravagant. I got the double cheeseburger, a behemoth made up of two 1/2 lb patties. So good. Great service in a clean environment as well.
