This was my first time eating here and I had heard so many good things that I decided to stop in since it was a beautiful day. Well this was an easy 10 out of 10! The food, people and atmosphere was top tier. Michelle was my server and she was very polite and attentive. I had the Cobb salad, seafood platter fried with okra and deviled eggs as my sides. I also ordered a side of green beans. All of it was good and I will definitely be back!

Amazing food! Good customer service. Update: went back again so good! The seafood platter is enough for two! There will be a lag in receiving your order but it’s worth the wait!

Well worth the wait! We ordered the most expensive item on the menu, broiled and fried seafood platters and the food was delicious and of good quality!

Great meal on 7/3/25, service not so much. Homemade chips are incredible. Mrs had the broiled seafood platter and I had stuffed shrimp with the hush puppies also being very good. We started with tuna bites which were very good although we saw our app sitting behind the counter while our server was not doing much and the place did not seem busy. Our main meal took a long time to come out. The gal helping us had no idea what was on special or market price of a few things. I’ll continue to say this on all my reviews, owners need to train their employees on how to follow up in general with drinks during the meal etc. We never got asked if we wanted desert just had a check bought to us which was very disappointing. People keep talking about this place. It is worth the drive and yes, it is a little bit of a drive but I have to say it’s some of the best seafood I’ve had in the greater RVA area. We did order too much for two people, but we could not decide what to order The seafood stew was a heavy cream soup with scallops, shrimp, and oysters. My boyfriend‘s favorite things were the crab balls which were like miniature crabcakes with barely any extra filling lots of crap. The crab dip was scrumptious with lots of cheese and we did the mixed shrimp and oysters, and the oysters were like butter they make their own sauces. The hush puppies were big and sweet, but not overly sweet and the succotash was delicious. we wish we had room for dessert, but we really didn’t and we took lots of it home or did I me
