I am the father of a teen who wants to be a model. I just want her to be happy and confident, and found the Halo summer camp online - after speaking with Stephanie, the director, it became clear that this is a very different concept than so many of the extraordinarily expensive "camps" that make unrealistic claims about breaking into the industry. Stephanie and Tiffani (who is a school psychologist when not modeling!) run a really fun, educational week for these kids teaching them real life skills (communication, presentation, confidence) in a very supportive and positive environment. My daughter attending modeling cam with Stephanie and Luke for a week. I could not believe the difference in her self esteem after just 5 days of training. I only wanted her to attend so that she could learn to interact with people and not be shy. We are not looking for a career as a model. It was wonderful to watch the professional at Halo teach each child to be their best and their best was beautiful!

Unfortunately I was only able to attend two acting classes out of the full workshop. But my experience was great. Felecia was such a great instructor and Stephanie was super helpful throughout the sign up process. Definitely recommend giving Halo a shot!

Our very shy granddaughter attended the week long summer camp and in one week, she bloomed in confidence enough to deliver a solo commercial, and to walk the runway in front of an audience of strangers! What's more, she enjoyed it! We highly recommend Halo for a nurturing, confidence-building experience that is out of the ordinary and so much fun for the young campers!
