Hallow Sourdough

I can’t say enough good things about Hallow Sourdough. I’m gluten-free, but because Gisele ferments her sourdough for 24 hours, I’m able to enjoy it without any issues. It’s hands-down the freshest, most delicious bread I’ve ever had. Whether it’s the bagels, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, or the bread itself—everything is absolutely amazing. Truly one of a kind!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gisele puts so much love and care into her baking, and it truly shows in every bite! I recently tried her sourdough cinnapuffs, and they were absolutely incredible, soft, fluffy, with the perfect balance of sweetness and cinnamon. You can taste the quality of the organic ingredients she uses, and the cream filling was out of this world. What I love most is how personal her baking feels, it’s not just about the treats, but the heart and passion Gisele pours into them. She’s created something really special with Hallow Sourdough Cottage Bakery, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you haven’t tried her baked goods yet, you’re missing out on something amazing!

Hallow sourdough is absolutely amazing! Everything is fresh, organic, and baked with so much love—you can truly taste the difference. I’ve tried her sourdough loaves (delicious), her English muffins (perfect for breakfast sandwiches), her chocolate chip cookies (to die for!), and most recently her cinnamon puffs, which were incredible. If you’re looking for high-quality homemade sourdough baked goods, Hallow is the one!

I’ve tried a lot of sourdough, there is just nothing that compares! Gisele gets it perfect every time. Great execution of crunchy on the outside, while stretchy on the inside- this is what I always look for in sourdough. Not to mention the taste is always excellent. Highly recommend!

Hallow Sourdough offers the best sourdough bread I have ever tasted. The crust is perfectly crisp, the crumb is airy and flavorful, and every bite has that authentic tang that only true sourdough can deliver.
