Halal Krush

Really great halal spot. The place was clean and the food was sooooo delicious. We are from montreal (a lot of halal food is available there) yet we never tasted lamb this good. We got the large vegetarian pizza, lamb over rice, and chicken nuggets and everything tasted really good. We got a second plate of lamb because of how good it was. The food came with three sauces that were very good and paired perfectly with the food. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend

Decent spot for halal platters in Harrisburg…..I ordered chicken over rice and combo over rice…..they were below average…..but portions are generous and service is quick. Chicken and lamb meat tastes to be sourced from Restaurant Depot like place…..The white sauce and red sauce lack much flavor overall. The white sauce tastes overly oily with a weird strong aftertaste that lingers. If they could amp up the seasoning and make the sauces more flavorful (like the classic cart-style ones), this place would easily bump up to 5 stars and do even better. Worth trying with tweaks.

This food is absolutely delicious. Even my picky husband said “it’s quite excellent”. I ordered the chicken and lamb over rice and added the shack sauce. The salad even had this delicious taste to it. The only thing I didn’t like about ordering online is the tip that was automatically added that I didn’t notice until it was too late. You can change it to whatever you want but I didn’t realize it was there. Other than that 10/10 for the food

On a lunch pit stop to Hershey Park we stopped here and it was great. Kids enjoyed the burgers, chicken and rice, and chicken sandwiches. Fries were solid. We’d pass on the jalapeño poppers next time. About 20-25 minutes to Hershey Park. Courteous staff. Indoor and outdoor seating.

I was wanting to try a new pizza place in the area, and ironically read a FB thread about pizza places and this was listed. Also saw Plateskraperz do something on them too. I actually fell getting out the car on ice so that was not a great way to start my visit, but I waited for my online order inside and noticed they were quite busy even being such a wee tiny place. My food arrived and smelled delicious on the ride home. I got two pizzas, wings, and the chicken platter. The chicken and rice dish was heavenly good, I couldn’t stop eating it. The sauces tangy and addicting. The wings were crispy and flavorful and the pizza was like the thinnest I ever had. They used real mushrooms on the pizza too, not canned. I am super impressed! Will def be back!
