Hakata Ramen Restaurant

I saw this restaurant was newly opened and was eager to try it out. I'm glad I did, even though I think there's some room for improvement. I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen and a seaweed salad. The seaweed salad was very fresh and enjoyable. My only hitch was that the ramen would be 9/10 if their broth had more salt added. It tasted kind of mid before adding salt and is a little less rich than I've had at other restaurants. Otherwise I thought the tonkotsu broth was pretty good. The black garlic oil tasted lovely, the chashu is exceptional 10/10, the noodles are a medium thickness and curly (although I prefer thin noodles with tonkotsu), and the eggs were nice and jammy. All in all I would come back again.

This shop was actually a very pleasant surprise!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing, everyone was so nice and every single dish was absolutely delicious, I will be coming here again

I got The Takatsu Ramen with pork Gyoza. I think the tokatsu ramen was very good and was made well. They have many options to eat from although I’m not sure that fries on the menus made sense and neither did the chicken nuggets. I think it’s very kid friendly but at some point it does change the experience a bit. I think the ramen itself is great but mixed with some of the menus options it comes off as a bit strange. With this place being fairly new I think slight changes in decor and menus options would help with the overall atmosphere. However I loved my server she was very kind and had such an upbeat attitude that was very contagious. Didn’t catch her name but I think the service was great. I do recommend coming here if you are looking to try something local and new in Springville.

We have ordered ramen for pick up twice in two days because it was so good! Quick turn around when we have ordered online and always packaged very well with the broth separate so that it doesn’t get soggy before you eat it. My husband loved the curry ramen, I’m a little less adventurous with my flavors and I love the wonton ramen!
