Hakata Exton Ramen & Sushi

This is our second time going here and the food was just as delicious as the first time! Today we had the steak ramen which we’ve tried before and steak was well cooked and the ramen was delicious. We also got the miso chicken ramen to try for the first time and was given the good suggestions by Jacob our waiter to try it with grilled chicken which was an amazing suggestion. Got the brown sugar boba and my husband really enjoyed it. We also got chicken and pork buns, they were both good but definitely biased towards the pork buns, definitely a must get. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a good place to talk with your dinner partner and spend a good time. Gotta say, this is one of the best I can get a nice meal after working. Staff are straight forward and kind with how they serve you. The food is great, with their selection of rice dishes and ramen bowls being my personal favorite. My server Jacob also took time to check in when I needed refills of water and a take out bin for my food. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a bite to eat. Gonna expand my options and try more of their food in the future.

I have had such a great experience here! This is my new go to location for a Ramen Bowl. All of the staff is extremely nice and the food is not only really good, but it is served at an amazing pace. Not too fast where you question the quality, yet not so slow where you start to wounder where your food is, a perfect medium.

I came in last night with my family. We had a wonderful server- Slira! She was very immediate, friendly, and helpful! She was extremely attentive, and I am glad our needs were able to be given in a short period of time. The food here was amazing. The steak in my Ribeye bun was amazing, very tender! The Ramen was nice! Would love to come back here again, it’s great.

Had a nice experience here! I love the clearly labeled vegan items and how helpful the staff were are making sure things were vegan for me and GF for my friend. The mango sushi rolls were super yummy! The veggie bao buns were fine, but seemed to be lacking in sauce. Definitely a missed opportunity to make them delicious with a few additional ingredients. Overall, I’d like to come back to try the spicy vegan ramen and other vegan options!
