Customer Reviews
The beer was excellent. We had a flight and it surprised our expectations. We don't drink IPAs, but I'm sure those were good too. We had the amber ales, a sour, and lagers. Sampled a chocolate/strawberry beer and it was unexpectedly delicious. We tried the winter sangria which was pleasant and a cosmo. The cosmo was not well balanced, however. The wonderful bartender remedied it immediately. I wanted to try a classic pizza as it was our first time eating there. We ordered the sausage and cheese. It looked on point and was very good. In my opinion, it could have used a little more seasoning to take it to the next level. Definitely would call it artisan pizza. Overall, I would recommend trying there. We will go back again when the patio opens. It looks like they have a beautiful deck overlo
The pizza was delicious. Though some was a little more well done than I cared for. Different varieties of pizza that you wouldn’t find else where. The gyro pizza was delicious. The kids loved playing on the playground and the outdoor seating was comfortable! We enjoyed the food and beverages.
Fun atmosphere and nice view of the Rock River outside. Food was good, had Fig Pizza and Hawaiian Pizza, also Soft Pretzel and Candied bacon. All were tasty. The menu could use some more choices. Maybe a burger or chicken sandwich option. Basically only 4 appetizer options, pizza, wings, a few salads.....that's about it. Oh carrot cake cheesecake was divine! Tried an IPA, also good!
I am not a fan of pizza but men, their crust is really amazing and the variety of cocktails made our visit a really pleasant experience. Please don't skip the cheese curds!
The wood fired pizzas are flavorful and the ingredients fresh! The beer was equally as great! The only 2 downfalls were the lack of parking (we went on a Thursday evening and the lot and street were both full, I can't imagine what the weekends are like) and the choices of what was playing on the TV's at the bar (a hunting show showing dead animals, etc). It just seemed a little odd for a family friendly establishment. Besides that, amazing place! Well done!
