HaiDiLao Kitchen

After eating hotpot at HaiDiLao restaurant twice and had great experience, I was glad to find HaiDiLao Kitchen at Frisco 99 Ranch food court. Ordered the Mala Bullfrog Hotpot, it's steaming hot and packed with flavors. Female staff was thoughtful enough to remind me of the mala's🔥 🔥 level and was able to tune it down a bit for me. I really appreciated it. The pot was in generous portion. I couldn't finish and got the leftover to-go. Enjoyed it a second time at home, woo hoo!

Great experience at HaiDiLao Kitchen! The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The hot pot options were fun and customizable, and the drinks were refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well-organized

Fabulous service, typical of the Haidilao brand. The portion of one of these pots is enough for two, hence the price. Very good taste too.

So good! Best quality service ever. I always love things from the Haidilao franchise! They know how to treat their customers with the utmost humility and hospitality. Will be coming more often! 😁 FYI 1 bowl is enough to feed ~2 people!

A great spot to get a quick hot pot fix in Frisco! The food is hot and fresh and the portion is definitely enough for two people. I liked that the set came with rice and an iced tea, and the sauce bar is great!
