Where do I even start!! This place is probably one of the BEST hot pot places ever, super accommodating workers super sweet our server Isabelle was kindest soul ever and super helpful. Got our meat served by the cutest little cat robot and it was super fast on top of that, definitely recommend the spicy pork bone broth and of course the tomato base broth. Everything was super filling and soo good! I feel everything was definitely worth the price for what we ordered, the sauce bar was really nice we were able to make our own little sauces and grab some fruit!! This was our first time trying hot pot here and I’ll tell you definitely a 10/10 the manager was also really sweet as well as the host. Overall the customer service here was ELITEE and everyone was soo helpful, food was perfect broth

It was Saturday Night and we were trying to figure out what we were gonna do for dinner. We had already decided that we would go to the Mei Kong Plaza to do some shopping, and we figured we would eat at one of the establishments that were there. We hadn't had hot pot in a very long time, and we figured we would give Haidilao a try. I thought their concept was extremely interesting as they have a restaurant and a gift shop right next door that sells all types of cute Asian novelties. The restaurant is definitely family-oriented. They had a few areas set up for people who were having birthdays. I found the restaurant to be extremely well-lit, and the food presentation was very appetizing. We had such a great experience thanks to our server! From the moment we sat down, Bi was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked in at the perfect times, made excellent menu recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food came out just right. And today we got our first toy.

Haidilao Hot Pot is hands down one of the nicest hot pot experiences I’ve had. The interior is super fancy and very modern, giving the whole place an upscale vibe while still feeling comfortable. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food quality really stands out — the broths are rich, flavorful, and very tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. Their seasoning, sauce, and fruit bar is top-tier and lets you fully customize your meal. There’s a great variety of meats, veggies, and add-ins, so everyone can find something they love. They have high quality and fresh foods and wonderful services. The waiter of my table, Dave, he is so nice. Always offering helps and reminding my daughter of the famous face-changing shows for two times. She was so happy, it’s really a kid friendly restaurant. They will give little gift and free kid meals to children. We’re going to visit them every month.
