Discovering Hai today was a standout experience. The entire visit was orchestrated by our server, Haifeng, who immediately made us feel welcome. He encouraged us to ask questions about the menu and never once made us feel rushed into ordering. He was incredibly patient and attentive with me, my daughter, and my friend, providing the insight we needed to order with confidence. His personal care was the foundation of our entire visit. That same level of excellence was matched by the food. The chefs and cooks demonstrate an undeniable talent that is equally impressive. You can tell just by looking at the food that it is of superior quality, with flavors that are vibrant, deep, and natural. Every dish was served with remarkable efficiency, and the value was excellent—it’s rare to find this le

We have gotten to go and also dined in and every time it’s 10/10 amazing. We’ve tried the majority of the menu and everything is delicious! The takoyaki is my favorite and perfect every time as well as the hot and sour soup! They now have hot tea on the menu as well! My favorite place to get a snack or full meal, you won’t be disappointed!

We had an amazing experience at Hai Chinese • Ramen! We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, Stir-Fried Rice Noodles, and the Two Item Combo with Jalapeño Chicken and Mongolian Beef—and every dish was outstanding. The jalapeño chicken had the perfect crispy dry rub, and the Mongolian beef was tender and full of flavor. The spice level across the dishes was just right—not too hot, but with a nice little kick that added to the flavor without overpowering it. Portion sizes were very generous—so much so that the photos were taken after we had already started eating, and we still had plenty to take home. Everything was so good that we even ordered the Beef Noodle Soup to go for later! This is a family-owned restaurant, and you can truly tell they cook with love and care. We love supporting local busi

This place is bomb. It’s a small location so it can definitely get busy we tried to go on a Saturday night but the parking lot was packed!! So we went at 2pm on a Thursday. They were attentive, quick to get the food out and the food was super tasty! I didn’t catch name of the server but he was really nice and talked us through the ways to order (there’s 3 different ways) and helped us out with any questions and picking between items. Food in photos: chicken fried rice, beef ramen and sweet and sour chicken

I just ordered from DoorDash and felt compelled to leave a review because of how flavorful every morsel of my food was. The cheese rangoons were transcendental. The slight bit of sweetness incorporated into the cream cheese was just *chef’s kiss*. The egg drop soup was silky smooth and the chicken katsu is some of the best that I have ever had in San Antonio. Everything is reasonably priced and they give what I would consider to be generous portions. Even the little raspberry mousse cake was like biting into a heavenly little cloud. If you haven’t stopped here yet, what are you waiting for? Edit: My partner just got back in town and I surprised him with a feast from Hai. He devoured his tonkatsu ramen because he loved the broth so much. We both tried the angry lady fried rice and loved it
