I came in there looking for a specific item. I called ahead to make sure it was in stock. The employee who assisted me, 'Matt' was very helpful.He used to be a bartender and knew what I needed. The store was clean and organized.Matt was professional and really nice. I needed a Shaker tin for my bar and he knew what it was. The prices were fair . I will be back for other business. Please give my Thanks to Matt for his great customer service!

We recently had our fryers serviced, which included the installation of a new motor and pump. The company was efficient and thorough throughout the process. Although there was a slight delay in receiving the necessary parts, the technician, Denver, completed the job approximately two hours ahead of the estimated time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We greatly appreciate his service and would highly recommend him for future work.

Denver from Hagar was great to work with. He came out to look at our pizza oven and was friendly, efficient, and super communicative. He explained what was going on clearly and made sure we understood the next steps before scheduling the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Looking forward to having him back to complete the service!

Denver came to work on my frappe machine and fish steamer, he was very communicative about what was going in on, what he was doing to fix it and worked very diligenty to make sure I got set up. Even took the time to share some knowledge about calibration,etc. Very nice and dedicated.
