10/11/25 - New review - Although I am disappointed that Will, Manager, left the Habit, Jr. is still there and managing the Habit efficiently. It’s consistently busy, clean and the workers are great. The food is delicious; the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I recommend Jr. be elevated to corporate. We need more leaders like Jr. running great establishments like the Habit and expediting/ accelerating revenues. I’m definitely a fan of his management style! I called the call center about 8:20 pm tonight because I could not leave a review online. The website would not accept the store number and survey code. Laurie at the call center said she could not transfer me to the corporate office or give me an email. She cannot think outside of the box and was willing to let me hang up without giving a

Cuz of new management the food turned out good think got. This is my favorite place. This time I was very happy 😊 think god. I wish the employee was a little friendly to other's duh🤔 thx keep up the great job.

This chain eatery has some very good food which I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the crust on the onion rings (not light enough) but the chicken sandwich was good and well made.

Stopped by with my wife and three children after a day of commuting via transit throughout Highland and Redlands. We really enjoyed this location and the shops around this awesome mall in San Bernardino.

We did some shopping at the NIKE Store in the same shopping center. My wife said, hey! Let's have The Habit. I said, sound good. As always the Establishment was clean and playing some good tunes over the speakers. Cashier was very friendly and Great Customer Service. We will continue to visit this establishment. Food was Delicious as Always . you can see the cooks take pride in putting together these delicious Burgers. Thank you for making our bellies Happy!
