100% of the time they always get my online order wrong. Always missing something and food not made the way I order it.

Haven’t been to one of the places before so came while visiting my uncle. It’s a burger spot but I got the Tuna sandwich, it was phenomenal. Monica greeted us and said she’d be right with us. She got our order and was helpful. The food was excellent and I am not a fry guy but the fries here are amazing! My family enjoyed their burgers too! Our table was dirty because someone just got up and as we went to wipe it the staff had come over to do so, so they keep up on the cleanliness. I’d be back for sure! Recommended !

My first experience with hamburger habit it was amazing and awesome! From the friendly cashier and Chill atmosphere to the tasty delicious food. I am excited about going back for a repeat as soon as possible... Oh and by the way the price is perfect!

Cheyenne went above and beyond the customer service was exceptional! She was greeting everyone upon arrival and checking in on tables making sure we had everything we needed. The other workers were great as well which makes sense as she showed great leadership!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I drove over 15 minutes to this Habit Grill, expecting a meal before their posted closing time. Instead, I arrived to find the doors locked early, with staff already shutting everything down well before the actual closing hour. If a restaurant says it’s open until a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. Closing early not only wastes people’s time and gas, but also shows a complete disregard for customer service. The staff seemed more interested in leaving than honoring their hours, which tells me this location values convenience for employees over respect for customers. Plenty of restaurants in the area actually stick to their posted hours and treat guests properly. I’d recommend choosing one of those instead. Sadly, this Habit Grill has made a habit of disappoin
