Habit Burger & Grill

Sergio, the manager, and his team at Habit are always so wonderful. Sergio always remembers me and the food is just wonderful. They have an amazing selection of food although I always get a Charburger with sweet potatoes fries or a veggie burger. Definitely recommend this location!

I used to love the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad at The Habit. It always came with fresh, shredded lettuce, plenty of chicken, crispy chopped bacon, and was served in a solid, good-sized bowl. It was one of my go to meals. I went back recently because I was craving it and wow, what a disappointment. They completely changed how they make it. Instead of shredded lettuce, it was a garden mix that honestly reminded me of weeds, with some pieces even brown and soggy. There was barely any chicken, the bacon came in big soft pieces instead of crispy bits, and they served it in a flimsy disposable bowl. For the price they charge, this was not it. Super disappointed with the quality and definitely won’t be coming back.

We came here because my husband received a coupon for a free charburger. The burgers were delicious and we tried the sweet potato fries which were really delicious! The workers were really nice and the facility was super clean. They had speciality teas and drinks song with the usual sis fountain tap. We will definitely be back.

The lady that gave me the food did not want to give me my 2 ranch I ordered. She mentioned she would need to charge me. I told her, its part of my meal like I selected when ordering. I even showed her the receipt and she played dumb. I had to tell her multiple times that the receipt showed 2 sauces and she finally gave them to me as if she's "doing me a favor". So damn annoying.

Sergio is always very welcoming as soon as you walk in. It’s nice to see how he vibes with the locals and knows their names and even orders. It was cool to watch as a I waited for my food. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. This is my favorite Habit location! The location is always nice and clean as well.
