Excellent ice cream. Very creamy texture. Service was attentive and helpful. I was offered several samples, which made choosing easier. Went with a custom sundae—three flavors. All were strong picks. Prices are on the higher side, but fair considering: • Shopping mall location • Great customer service • High product quality Worth it. Would come back.

With only one person working today, Saturday, in such a busy place, waiting more than 35 minutes to buy an ice cream, they should hire more staff because the quality of service also matters; it's too much for one worker.

Erika is VERY rude. She needs to be trained properly. We arrived at this location at 8:45pm. They close at 9pm. Erika refused to make me a milkshake because they were “closing” however it was 15min till 9pm. She was very very rude. Please hire better people.

9.17.2022 Update: Two star drop, I asked for the same thing and an older women made it this time and completely messed it up. Used milked only, instead of mixing it with sparkling... Very unsatified, management needs to ensure they train all the staff to memorize the procedures. Coffee Frap was horrible and screwed up. Note to management: Please remember that there are a lot of first tumers who try out Haagen Dazs drinks, if they got one of these, they would never come back or recommend it. Luckily, I had a couple before so I know what it is, but Ill need to ensure the person is actually making it right next time… Older: Nice Coffee Frap is always amazing, no matter what location I go to, it is always good! The service was good as well, it is tough for one person to handle everything,

Seasonal pumpkin spice shake was really good. Must have been loaded with sugar though as my wife and I experienced quite the sugar crash shortly after.
