H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

Where's the integrity, HEB?! Don't start being slimey, I'll take my money elsewhere!! If I sign up for a curbside fee of $4.95 and submit my order within the allotted 60 minutes that I have to place the order, don't go and change the fee to $7.95!! You've done this to me TWICE now as if I didn't notice! When I called customer service to get a refund, they're on the phone lying and trying to play me for a fool. Three strikes and you're out! The cost of food is too high for yall to be doing stuff like this!!!

Parking for curbside is on far East side of parking lot, opposite side of Drug Store entrance next to Twin Liquors. 9 total parking spots including 1 handicap. Service is quick and easy. When I arrived at 2p on a Sunday there was no wait and no others in parking spots. Will use service again.

First time coming to this H-E-B honestly felt welcomed. The manager Evelyn really knows what she’s doing and keep’s employee morale up. For sure my H.E.B. 🫶🏽

The curbside employees hit my car brining out my order TWICE within the same month. On top of them being careless. Neither employee apologized. After hitting my car their employee said “big deal” and walked away. I’ve never experienced this at any other location. Terrible service!!!!

H-E-B curbside pickupand grocery is great for meander busy schedule. Order groceries and then pick up at scheduled time. Done in less time. Thanks H-E-B
