H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

We were missing 3 items from our order after my husband got home with it. We checked the car to be sure the items weren’t left in the car. We wanted the items so I called that my husband was returning for the items. I was told to call when we returned and the items would be brought out to us. When I called again that my husband was waiting in a spot I got a different person on the phone. I asked her to please check with the original rep who took my complaint and she said she would “try” to find him. She was very flippant. I told her the items again and his spot. They finally brought them out. No one ever apologized for the omissions or for the inconvenience. The ice cream had obviously been left out as it was quite soft when we got it home. Love using curbside. Very convenient. Sometimes they put too many items in a bag and it rips. I've gotten into the habit of checking my bags before I unload them due to them ripping a couple times. If they double bagged it would be helpful. Once I was even given eggs that were a week past the sell by date.

Always good and interesting foods. The freshly made butter flavored tortillas are wonderful. They carry our favorite sugar free almond and fudge cookies. We do our staples shopping at the Commissary on base but come for the extra variety at HEB+.

The experience during curbside delivery was excellent. As there was many customers the workers were fast and efficient.

I love the curbside service. The Robert and Alameda location cuts any meat ordered fresh for your order. There's a small markup on all items but it's negligible. You can't order any of the bulk items or bulk spices yet unless you know the exact name and brand of what you want. They're very friendly and you get your food at the allotted time and location. I Really recommend this service if you have kids and don't have time to go shopping. The best deals are going to be in the store as you shop as the coupons only show up if you are looking for that item.
