H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

This was the best shopping experience of my life! They were on time, so polite and professional. They packed everything with care. From picking produce to substitutions needed to loading my car, it was all smiles and I could not have done better myself. I don't know that I will ever walk a grocery store again after this. Maybe I should tell you it was a horrid experience just so you don't take my pickup time slot. Nahhhh, they were great!!!

Curbside employees are very nice but they need to put some zoom in getting the orders out, some will walk slower them a turtle.

Easy to use service but out of the 3 times I've used it nobody has contacted me about changing my items. I'll still use it being it makes things simple and efficient.

Loved it! Easy to set up, placed my order, and pick up my groceries. I really appreciated the social distancing and the use of masks by HEB staff. Friendly too. Will DEFINITELY go curbside again!

We love curbside! The people are always friendly and knowledgeable. There are rarely mistakes and when it happens, they are quick to fix it. An outstanding service that we have used weekly for almost a year, with no complaints.
