H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

Picked up in the evening (almost 8pm) and it was crowded. Pickup lot wasn’t super full but the main lot was busy as always. The pick up area is a very awkward spot to get in and out of. Had someone impatiently squeeze in between me (as I was backing up- I was plenty backed up to where she really should’ve just waited but no) and another car just to go through the lot. Which obviously isn’t HEB’s fault but I feel like making the lot a one way may help. Anyways, employee that gave me my order was great and they came out quickly with it.

Every single time theres a bunch of random stuff thats just not bagged up, makes zero sense. How hard is it to just put everything in a bag?

Always good. Only complaint is the grapes they pick aren't always the freshest. Other than that, I've not had any other issues.

We always have a great experience at HEB. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pick-up process is quick and easy. I won't shop anywhere else.

Employees are friendly and respectful. You don't have to tip and you never hear them make grumble or make side comments about how small your order is or how heavy or anything else. And they look clean, not grungy with a safety vest on.
