I mean.... I guess if when you order a pink cake for your daughter's birthday, and you really, secretly meant blue, despite what you filled out on the order sheet, then yeah.... this would be acceptable... but it's not even close... so, it was terrible... this bakery failed entirely.. I guess that's what you get when you trust someone to be able to read a printed order sheet and fulfill the order correctly...

Glithy always helps with a friendly smile and chit chat even if I'm having a bad day she makes me smile.
