Wow. What a delicious Vietnamese restaurant. Just dined here on Christmas day, and the food was just delicious! The chicken pho was unusual in that there was little broth and a bowl was brought with broth to pour over as well as a brown sauce which was so tasty! My daughter's had the short rib pho, and none of us could finish our bowls. Portions are quite large, and I thought it was pricey but because it's essentially two portions. Banh cuon, a rice crepe with ground pork, shallots and mushrooms was also excellent. It reminded me of my aunt's dish that I used to request. Definitely try the fish sauce chicken wings which had so much umami. Wow. Wish this place was closer to my house as I would eat here every day!
I came here and found that this place is quite cozy and spacious. Servers are friendly and patient. I ordered their shaking beef, bahn cuon, and lychee jasmine tea. Server is kind enough to ask if I want the food at the same time or appetizer first. Lychee jasmine tea is very refreshing with a hint of mint. Definitely get this!!! Rice rolls are delicious, not too soggy with right amount of beef fillings. Definitely ask for fresh chilly if you want more heat on it. Shaking beef with rice is also delicious, the beef sauce is subtle but still rich and flavorful. Overall very satisfied eating here and will return
During a rainy day I ordered oxtail pho. It was so good we know we had to make a lunch date to have it freshly made. My daughters got the Vietnamese coffee, oxtail, chicken, and pork & shrimp pho w/a seafood base. 👌🏾 It was so clean tasting and flavorful. The staff was super nice and intuitive to our needs. Great restaurant! Great food! Great staff!
Food is so authentic! Highly recommend their fried chicken with nuoc mam, so buttery and savory at the same time. Bun bo hue is a must and the price is fair for the good quality food!
WOW! This place is the real deal. Best viet iced coffee I’ve had on the Ave, I’ve never seen banh mi bo kho on a menu and it was a TREAT, the bread was crispy, soft, and warm and the beef was insanely tender. Server was really kind and fast. Beautiful environment inside as well. It looked pricey at first, but between the portions and quality, it’s actually quite reasonable.
