Gyro Republic

This place has unfortunately gone down hill. I’m currently sitting in the restaurant waiting for my food. In the last 3 days I’ve ordered out from this location twice. Both times I have showed up and my food was not ready, well past the expected time. Tonight I ordered my meal at 8:30pm for a 9pm pick up. It’s now 9:48pm and my food is still not ready. When I walked in they couldn’t even find my slip. Really disappointed because I truly liked coming here but customer service has gone so downhill. Update: 10pm and they informed me they were out of gyro and it would take another 10-15 minutes to make it. I asked for a refund and the guy at the register didn’t even know how to do it. This is such a disappointment.

I had the best time at Gyro republic! The food was so good, fresh, and it had great portions. I was helped by Justin today and he helped explain the menu to me and made everything so easy! The indoor seeing was so clean and kept together, and so was outside! I will definitely be coming back again!

I stopped by for dinner last night and had a great experience! A young man named Ayo took my order and was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The service and food were excellent — keep up the great work!

The Gyro Bowl was absolutely amazing! The ingredients are all fresh and tasted amazing. Genuinely one of the best tasting rice bowls in the whole richmond area! The service was perfect! My server, Abdullah, was very kind and helped me in every way. He was one of the most helpful fast food workers i've ever came across in all of the fast food spots in this area. Whenever 1 accidentally got what I wanted wrong, he took responsibility and made another bowl for me. The ambiance was also perfect. It was just so peaceful and warm in there. it's just like you're at home! | really love this place give it a try! 10/10, would come again!

I came in there, and ordered my salad bowl and I was greeted by the manger named Treasure , she made the experience worth a lifetime. I will most definitely be coming back here again, because of her excellent service, and she was really warm and kindhearted.
