Gyro King

Fair disclaimer: this restaurant doesn't deserve 100% lamb. It's mainly 3/4's of the source - rest is beef. The chefs will inform you if asked. Real shame I never ate here prior to 2024, back when it was fully served (despite being a local resident for over two decades). Now for the review. TOP 3 Items: 1. Lamb Gyro Slice - make sure to get this with the white sauce. Their pizza's are top notch as well. Even a cheese slice is a 8/10. 2. Chicken sandwich combo with fries + Drink. Bread is tender, chicken patty quality tastes very fresh. Fries need added salt. Fruit Punch drink is amazing. 3. Lamb/Chicken/Mixed gyro. This is good for the first few times, but I definitely prefer the first two on this list over the signature gyros now. Shoutout to their main Gyro Chef. Very friendly staf

The service and vibe was a bit chaotic but that's how you know your food is about to be good. You saw them make it fresh and these were hands down the best gyros I've ever had. A must go spot for anyone coming.

My expectations were very low for “dollar pizza 🍕”. But the pizza 🍕 was very good. I wish I would’ve bought a pie. I was just walking down Fordham and saw the sign and stopped for a slice, because for a dollar 💵 , why not? Don’t hesitate to give it a try. It’s only a dollar 💵.

It was late at night from a shift that day. I went to a local place called Gyro King and immediately ordered the best looking hot dog ever. The guy put all the toppings on the counter. It ended up tasting so good and refreshing. Right after working, I’m going to stop by and get either a lamb gyro or a hot dog, to get the protein I need for the day. 100% Authentic Gyros!!!! We need more of these but then it would not be Gyro King - nothing bad to say food is always on point delicious hot fresh tasty let’s go!!!! The fries & pizza just as good!!!
