Gwinnett County Public Library - Suwanee Branch

This is the most beautiful Library! The staff are all so lovely and helpful and there are so many surprising free resources here! I’ve been to multiple programs that were carefully crafted and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting to anyone of multiple walks of life. The facility is also always really clean and very welcoming. I absolutely love coming here. 📕 📖 💕

Clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed with a great selection of books. I loved the different reading areas that make it easy to settle in with a good book, and the secure entrance adds a sense of comfort. The only downside for me was that, living in Fulton County, I wasn’t eligible for a free library card—it would cost $40 annually. Still, for those within the system, this library offers a truly welcoming and inspiring place to read, study, or simply enjoy quiet time.

This is a decent library I guess but those who clean the Suwanee, Ga library does not put for any effects to sanitize and clean this place. I sat down at a table and found trash on the seat d the table half wiped. When I excited I noticed what looks like was months and months of finger prints and smudges on the glass doors. This is how germs are passed around due to poor cleaning and no cleaning and doing enough cleaning just to get by. RIDICULOUS!!!

Absolutely love this library. It’s extremely spacious so any noises get diffused pretty well (good place to take your kids - but we always do enforce “inside voices” in libraries as best as we can). The facilities are extremely clean - I don’t mind my kids (5 & 2) running around and am not worried they’ll get into anything dirty. Even the bookshelves are all very clean (top & between shelves)! The bathrooms are really nice and the kids’ section bathroom has kid-sized potty & sink. I really love their checkout kiosks. It makes long checkouts a thing of the past and makes me feel like I’m truly living in a time of the future. I just walked in this facility with my son to ask if my son could use the restroom (that I’m literally looking at by the way as I write this) and the security guard told me not unless I have a library card. The bathroom is located outside of the library before you walk into the actual library. Now I can understand if this was in the library, but outside and to be denied is crazy. Don’t take your kids here unless you want to support a terrible facility. They are CLEARLY a classless organization with little to no standards or intelligence. I’ll make sure to tell everyone that I come across not to come to your facility and that you are a terrible organization. How you treat people matters and as a business professional, husband and father who specializes in training, customer service, learn
