⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful public space that deserves more gratitude than criticism. I’ve seen a few low-star reviews about staff interactions, and honestly, I find them unfair. This library offers a free, clean, and modern facility for anyone who wants to read, study, or simply find a peaceful place to think — and that’s something we shouldn’t take for granted. The Norcross Branch is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed — with private study rooms, creative children’s areas, and comfortable seating by the windows that make it easy to focus. Everything feels calm and cared for. Staff members have always been courteous and professional when I’ve visited. This library is large and very well maintained. Parking is easy to find and connects well to the building. Books are in good condition, there are plenty of computers for people to use and many different places to sit. There's also a really pretty seating area outside.

Nice location. Parking is in the parking garage. I reserved their learning lab. Looks like they offer homework help on certain days. They have some cute areas with benches that would be perfect to eat outside.

What an amazing facility! There are numerous cozy areas for book lovers, and it offers a wonderful, tranquil space for kids to read, do computer work, or explore. As a mom of young children, I sometimes worry about the bits of noise in the kid zone, but so far, we haven't encountered any issues. The library aides are always incredibly helpful, and the catalog system is easy to navigate. For newcomers, it's good to know that the entrance to the parking lot is one-way. Happy reading!

Is s really nice facility you can feel really comfortable reading, studying or just looking for some books. One of my favorite things about it is they built the libre with Lewd standards you can see the natural light through the building and a beautiful landscape out the park in front of library is really nice. One thing they have to improve is the noise of people specially kids playing there. You can park your car in the covered parking lot.
