gusto! - healthy bowls & wraps

I was had Gustos for the first time a few weeks ago after a pharmaceutical rep brought lunch to my office. I went back to Gustos on my own that night taking my son. He loved it by the way. I’ve been there about 3 times since and each time the service has been really good. Today was really an AWESOME experience during my curbside interaction with Beth. These days customer service seems like a thing of the past but today I was impressed. Keep up the great job everyone!! 🫶🏼

This is the second time we’ve ordered chicken as our protein and about half is served charred/burnt through, hence the 2 stars. 3 stars for service as the attendant was very nice, but the food should have never been served so burnt to begin with. Lemonades are made from fountain drinks, nothing healthy about them. The atmosphere was good though, Christmas music, not too loud, and the place was clean.

Longtime customer here and second time reviewing — still highly recommended! Great menu, with plenty of interesting options that are clearly labeled for dietary reasons. Love that it's simple, so you get to have some customization without having to think much about what goes well together. It's a fantastic healthy option that leaves you not feeling awful afterwards like other fast casual spots. I also very much approve of the idea to swap chips for bigger portions — the chips are still great and reasonable at 75¢, but getting more of your meal for the same price is a win in my book. Updated November 29, 2025: The menu has been updated in portion sizes. They no longer have the smaller bowls. The bowls are bigger and get the amount worth what you pay. We ordered the Chipotle Mango Avocado Half lettuce and half rice with Grilled Shrimp and Sweet Soy Sriracha half lettuce and half rice with Grilled Shrimp. I think it was the manager who helped us out with the menu changes. We visited before but were not pleased with the small portion sizes. We told him we were happy about the change in the size. Food is similar to Cava but you can't build your own. Tasty food and reasonably priced. My order was never prepared and then my friend came saying the same thing. We ordered about 6 plates, and my friend did 4. We both missed one - the last one was paid for, but never prepared. We went back to ask and then they made us one by asking what we had ordered. Healthy food, which doesn't make you feel bloated. Lots of space to sit and enjoy your meal.
