They had a quick return on a tractor repair however when I spoke with them on the phone the originally told me they could start work if I brought the machine in first thing on Saturday morning. No mechanics work Saturday here so they did lead me on. . . Once the machine was all fixed they were helpful afterwards. I did like the selection of small engines will return in the future

I Brought 2 chainsaws into the store the day of Hurricane Lee Sept 2023. I asked for 2 new chains for these saws and asked if they had time to sharpen the old ones at some point. The counter guys asked if I wanted the Saws dressed and proceeded to install the new chains on the saws, right there on the counter. Incredible customer service at a time where customer service seems to be an option at some businesses. The owners of this business also donated very generously to the Machias High-school softball dugout project. Support this great business, they support and are there for us.

I lost $2000 to Guptills Logging. I put money down on a winch and the customer cancelled the project. Was told by the owner he would return it. And then avoided me and wouldn't answer my calls or respond.

The young man, Sam, that serviced my Stihl went above and beyond; he patiently demonstrated how to change out the blade and allowed me to film it for future reference. Would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Found the parts I needed and got them fast.. easy to work with and great service
