Stop by after workout, 1st time visiting, Staff and one of the owners walked me thru menu. Great smoothie and wife got an Acai bowl. Loved that they still tasted sweet without a ton of sugar like other places! Sat and talked a while, great people too, the kind you want to give return business too!

Stopped by this morning (2/20) after the gym & we had great service and great protein shakes. This is one of my favorite spots, highly recommend.

I am hooked on these shakes and energy teas. It’s hard not to stop every day because they make me feel so good and give me a lift before my workday. I love the sour teas like the blue crayon. Better than coffee in the morning! I’m even down a few pounds.

I love this nutrition shake and tea shop. I think it is the best one in the area-- I will drive to this one even though it is a little bit further away and there are others closer for me. The shake always comes out perfectly made. I love going after morning workouts! My go-to is Sugar Cookie.

So good!! Stopped in for the first time today. Such a cool concept. First you pick you tea, then pick your aloe shot which they said helps with absorption of nutrients, then pick your shake. All for $9 and the quality/taste is phenomenal! I will be back. Also the girl working there was super friendly and helpful when I was trying to decide what to order!
