GuGu Asian Table

A random place that we stopped by because it's near Longwood garden so we didn't have much expectation. Food turned out pretty great. The duck has a great sauce (sweet and a bit sour) and portion is big. I don't like the beef too much because its texture is more like jerky imo but sauce is not bad. Sushi is pretty good and the shrimp is not normal shrimp tempura but is wrapped in very thin dough/potato, making it extra crunchy. The only bad thing is we waited 30m+ for the food to come out; we had no idea why because the place didn't seem to be very crowded, and even then we only ordered 1 roll (and people mainly come here for rolls and sushi it seems).

Service is always amazing, the people are so friendly, and don’t get me started on how great the food is. So thankful to have a really good sushi place nearby- and I’m pretty big on sushi. The all you can eat on Mondays is hard to beat! We go almost every Monday. My favorite local restaurant by far!

Food was amazing.. we loved the veggie sushi roll.. even simple endmame was great.. restaurant is quite big with lots of space..

Gugu’s was an awesome experience, a quiet atmosphere that brought a sense of comfort and peace. The food was delivered by a robot, which was a very cool experience to see, and the food itself was very good, we got the spicy salmon and spicy tuna roll, and they definitely know how to make good quality sushi.

I got the pizza sushi, and it was so good. Everyone was super satisfied with their meals. The calamari was soooo crispy, loved the addition of black pepper, jalapenos, and onions, the chili sauce dip that came with it was very good.
