Amazing!! * Side note - This was late at night after a great show at the hat. We got our food and ate it in our car! So the pictures dont do it justice!* It's one of the best taco trucks. I love the quality and quantity of food. They also go the extra mile to make each menu item a little more special than the norm. The taco had a little crunch to it that I looooved. The burrito you can add crispy cheese rolled on the outside. The ramen was 🤌 with all the ingredients. Can't wait to go back again

The low rating is from a variety of reasons. 1. Food is way overpriced. I got 1 taco for $7 with little meat. 2. They are never open when they say they are going to be, which is very frustrating. I’ve gone 3 separate times to try different things & get a sense of the food truck, but each time when I have gone at 5:45pm, they say “Sorry we won’t be open until 7pm today. Got a late start preparing last night.” The hours listed on your website are 11:00-12:00AM, so maybe fix that. If this is a repeating thing, maybe start preparing earlier. Overall, not bad food but overpriced & never open.

Stumbled across this place on Door Dash, had never even heard of it. It’s all awesome. We got the birria taco, carnitas taco, birria ramen, and carnitas burrito with fried cheese. Loved them all, but the birria taco and the carnitas burrito with fried cheese were superb!

My boyfriend got a carnitas burrito, and it was mostly rice and beans. He also added cheese to it that wrapped around the tortilla. The cheese was burnt. Paying the additional $2 for the cheese plus the price of the burrito $14 is definitely not worth it. I got the birria tacos. They could've been more greasy. The cashier couldn't answer my questions about the menu. It's not very big, so what the feel? And, the owner's rude.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of trying Guero Loco's food truck in Manhattan, Kansas, and I can't rave enough about it! Their birria tacos are absolutely the best I've ever had—juicy, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. But the star of the show for me was the birria ramen; it was a delightful fusion that blew my mind! The broth was rich and comforting, with the perfect balance of spices. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Guero Loco. You won’t regret it!
