Gsilva Xpress - Appliances delivery

On 2/20/26, Fabricio(sp?) and Matthew delivered my refrigerator for Percy’s, to my home in Charlton Ma. They were prompt, appeared very neat and professional. Fabricio came to the door, introduced himself and had the paperwork in hand. He described the 2 items they were installing… (I also had a dehumidifier ordered for the basement). Immediately they got to work, got my old fridge out, brought new fridge in. One man set up fridge, other installed dehumidifier. They were both very polite, kind and helpful with answering all my questions. Above all, they knew exactly what they were doing, they did a GREAT JOB and I could not ask for better service! A+

The day before Christmas Eve I received a wonderful gift something so very unexpected. Friendship, in the way of excellent service, delivery, courtesy, an eye for detail and the goodwill of going the extra mile for me; I am speaking about Gsliva Express and the two delivery men that literally made my day. I was quite taken back as I was treate like family, telling me not worry about a thing. With measuring tape in hand I had only to relax and enjoy a bit of chit chat. It was the best gift of the season. Thank you for this bit of friendly, able service, and much warmth. They made my day. Indeed it was Christmas cheer.

The delivery crews were excellent, even when encountering obvious difficulties. Once the issues got corrected, they returned cheerful and equipped for another successful episode. The crews made the entire process of renewing the home's laundry a pleasant experience. Mateus and Francisco were outstanding!

They recently installed a new refrigerator and wall oven unit. Unfortunately the weather was bad and I wasn't sure they would be able to make it. They were on time and shrugged off the challenging weather, and got everything installed and hauled away in no time. The crew was very professional and careful in negotiating the way to kitchen. Couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommended.
