Groundhog Coffee Co.

It was a sunny holiday Monday morning. We had a long drive ahead of us and decided to grab some coffee. Came across this gem in a small shopping center on the way to 420. They had a good selection of all the staple coffees along with a variety of pastries. The vibe was typical Coffee shop. Plenty of seating, and quiet. The prices are a bit high for this place, and rh pastries aren’t fresh, so had to give a 4. All in all a decent shop.

Stumbled into this brand new coffee shop traveling and was really pleasantly surprised! We had two of the signature Groundhog lattes. Tried one with whole milk and one with oat milk. I slightly prefer the oat milk but they were very well balanced drinks! The barista was incredibly welcoming and personal. The inside of the shop has a super clean aesthetic as well. If you’re local or passing through, please give local coffee a try!

Super cute and cozy coffee shop! They have a great selection of holiday drinks. The vibes were fantastic and the staff were enthusiastic and lively!

Excellent lattes and fun treats for kids! The ambiance was great and service was very quick for carry out. Highly recommend this local spot!

Groundhog Coffee was AMAZING! We ordered the apple cinnamon & groundhog lattes. Both were so flavorful without being overly sweet. The groundhog lattes is definitely one of the best lattes I’ve ever had!
