Groucho's Deli

I came in to order dinner to go today and needed to go back out to my car to wait with my kids. The girl at the front was very nice and the man offered to bring my order out to my car once it was done. Great customer service PLUS great food. Thanks Groucho’s! I obviously love their “secret sauce” —> 45 sauce lol

Every time I eat here, the workers are always nice! I usually just do call in orders, but still the service never fails or disappoints. Also, the food is great!

Groucho's in Chapin NEVER disappoints. Everything about this location screams professionalism. The staff is always on top of things, the food is always fresh and delivered quickly and rarely is your order wrong but every once in a blue moon will something get confused but out of 10 I would still have to give them a 20 because the management obviously knows how to treat their staff and that trickles down to the customers. It is also refreshing to walk in to that location and you see the same faces and even when that place is packed out, there are smiles on the staff faces.

Chapin location- Placed an order online for pick up. Got home and this is the grilled cheese that I got. Looks like it was placed in the microwave to melt the cheese. The edges of the bread too hard to eat. Definitely not your typical grilled cheese.

Love this Groucho’s! Great food and great service! The app makes it so easy to order on the go.
