We happen to get your contact information from a local Park City Resident friend of ours. I have to say, that yes you do provide a serice, however your prices for the products purchased are a complete and total rip off. Eggs, you charged my $21.99 for a dozen eggs, not to mention at Smith's and Fresh Market they were $5.99 per dozen. You charged me $10.99 for Orange Juice when at Smiths and Fresh Market they were $5.99 each. You charged me $30.99 for Maple Syrup and they are $20.49 at Smiths as well as Fresh Market. Bacon you charged me $29.99 per pack and at Smiths and Fresh Markey they were $10.00 each. You charged a $65.00 delivery fee and that I do not have an issue with. You on top of that charged a $79.08 Service Feee and a $32.62 Processing fee. YOU ARE ABSURD WITH YOUR CHARGES. For

I am not usually compelled to write a review but the service from Grocery Girls was so outstanding that I had to compliment them. My husband and I are hosting our 16 year old and 5 of his friends on this trip. We didn't rent a car which we don't usually do and I knew these boys were going to eat a lot!! This is also the Olympics and Super Bowl Sunday Weekend. Grocery Girls has been posting about being short staffed and delays in delivery to certain areas. I filled my cart with over 300 items a week prior to arriving to Park City. After arriving at the house we rented after a long day of travel the groceries were delivered like clockwork in cold bags with cold packs, packed neatly in boxes. No one thing was missing! I text asked if they can do same day delivery. I was told yes if I put order in within hour. I had order placed within 5 mins. Waited hours. Asked for eta was told on their way. Waited many many hours more without communication at all. After about 8.5 hours she text me and says oh cause of the snow ( which was a few inches drove in it myself being from Florida to get pizza at 730pm) was told sorry they are having a hard time delivering cause of the snow!!! Again. I’m From Florida and went and got my own food at 730 pm with no issue. I have supporting text messages for my poor review of this company. She then blocked me from Her phone when I didn’t accept her sorry apology

I never write reviews! My groceries were here on time, loaded in the fridge, and the service was really great. They even have great common sense. I had ordered 18 eggs for our week stay, and the grocery store was out so they simply bought 2 of the 12 packs. Also, they don’t call to bug you over trivial matters. They take care of business. The 26% markup along w the 75/hour shopping fee is totally acceptable too. Have you ever had to go on vacation and then “lug” the groceries around in a cab/uber the moment your plane landed? Ugh! Not fun. Thumbs ups a hundred times! I will happily pay for this service because I’m not on vacation to grocery shop for 2 hours! Awesome service. Also, I’d place my order 3 days in advance to make life easy on everyone!

We used Grocery Girls twice during our stay in Park City and highly recommend them! We had a fairly extensive and complicated grocery list for when we first checked into our condo and when we got there, everything we had requested was there - and nicely organized in our refrigerator and counter. Near the end of our stay we wanted a few more items and they were able to get everything again in less than 24 hours and left it at our door. They were even able to fulfill our last minute addition of a few things we had forgotten! It made such a difference in allowing us more time to enjoy our trip!
