Grill Time Express

Called at 7:10 and waited 45 mins for my families dinner. When I got there to pick up the food they told me what I ordered they ran out of and asked if I want something else upon reaching the spot while nothing was prepared and could not even call me to notify me that the what I had ordered is unavailable. The lady at the counter did not help in any way and wanted me to wait another 45 minutes for the food to be ready. Totally unacceptable behavior.

It was good food overall, and not what I expected! The service was good, it is sit down table service. The portions are small and well over priced. By the time the 18% gratuity hits, and credit card use fee, it turns a really regular dinner into a really expensive experience.

Grill Time Express is a very mixed, kosher middle eastern restaurant in Great Neck. The baby chicken shawarma is my favorite dish but everything on the menu is fresh and tasty. The steaks are delicious and the side salads are nice as well. A little pricey but it’s well worth it if you are looking for a quick bite to eat or would like to sit down for a meal.

Great experience. Loved this restaurant. Food was amazing, the staff were so lovely and environment so welcoming. Coming back soon!

Order a beef shawarma to go ..all I got 4 pieces of meat ..and French fries on it .. on a pita. .. will never order from this place again
