Grill Chasers

Grill Chasers and The Back Lot 🍺 are simply a perfect combination. The Veggie Goat — a roti filled with zucchini, mushrooms, and other grilled veggies, topped with goat cheese and a delicious aioli — is a weekly staple for me. The garlic parmesan fries and the new chipotle fries are rich indulgences worth every single bite. I’m always looking forward to my next visit!

Grill Chasers is one of the food trucks located in the beer garden of The Back Lot. Cool spot with indoor and outdoor seating, several food trucks, and a full bar inside. They serve grilled chicken skewers, pulled pork, or veggie option in a roti wrap— kinda like a pita but way better. Or you can just get the skewers in no wrap which is what I got. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures of my food before devouring it! It was really good. I got it with spicy bbq sauce, which was caramelized perfectly. Yum.

The Southern was unbelievably good. Fat and juicy get it spicy style. The pork and the chicken were both delicious. Great place to enjoy an outdoor meal with lots of beers to choose from and a great view of the water.
